Obituary of VINCENZO MALLOZZI

Vincenzo Mallozzi, 75, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015. Born on March 17, 1940 in Minturno, Italy, the son of the late Giuseppe and Maria Antonia Mallozzi. He was a member of the Laborers Union Local 146 and worked for F.D. Rich for many years until his retirement. He was a longtime member of the Minturnese Social Club. An avid gardener and bocce player, Vincenzo enjoyed playing cards and watching soccer. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosa (Fabiano) Mallozzi; three children, Toni Monteleone and her husband Domenick, Joseph Mallozzi and his wife Bridgenne, Vincent Mallozzi and his wife Melissa; two sisters Immacolata Salvatore and Vincenza Perrone and her husband Armando. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Nicolas, Joseph, Madison and Domenick as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two brothers Antonio and Stefano Mallozzi. A special thanks to the visiting nurses from Bayada. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Entombment will follow at Putnam Cemetery, Greenwich, CT.
