Obituary of ADRIAN HYDE

Adrian Augustus Hyde, age 83 passed away peacefully at his home in Stamford, CT on March 19, 2016. He was born on February 26, 1933 in Jamaica, W.I., where he met and married his wife, Agatha Hyde, they were married for 50 years. Adrian and his family arrived in the United States in 1984 and was a resident of Stamford for 32 years. He was employed for several years as a machine operator for Pitney Bowes. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football and boxing and was renowned for telling funny narratives. Adrian was a loving husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife Agatha, sons Clive and Phillip, and daughters Lois, Claudia and Tracey, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT on Tuesday March 29th, 2016 from 4:00pm -7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 30th at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, Darien, CT.
