Obituary of ANGELINA F. ESPOSITO

Angelina F. Esposito, a lifelong Stamford resident passed away on September 5, 2014 at Stamford Hospital surrounded by her family. She was 103. Born on July 8, 1911, the daughter of the late John and Antoinette (Alicandro) Esposito. Angelina worked as a seamstress for 64 years. She enjoyed traveling, cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son, John Esposito, and his wife Lexi; her daughter-in-law, Ida Esposito; son-in-law, James Macari; grandchildren, Angela Loran (Michael), Anthony Esposito, Josephine DelMazio (Philip), Laura Portanova (David), Joseph Esposito, and Rainelle Wolf (Kevin). She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Danielle Izzo (Matthew), Matthew DelMazio (Kelly), Alyssa Esposito, Michael Loran, Alexa Portanova, Gregory DelMazio, Joseph Esposito, Jonathan Portanova, Isabel Wolf, and Sydney Wolf and 1 great great-grandaughter, Mia Izzo. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Antonio Esposito; her son, Joseph Esposito; her daughter, Annette Macari, and her siblings, Jerry Esposito, Sarah Valentine, Mary Calendrelli, James Esposito, and Peter Esposito. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:30 AM AT St. Clement's Church, 535 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien.
