Obituary of BEATRICE A. SANTARSIERO

Beatrice A. Santarsiero, 90, a lifelong Stamford resident passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Born on September 4, 1923, the daughter of the late Dominick and Angelina (Santora) Samela. She is predeceased by her husband, Leonard C. Santarsiero, her son, Vito A. Santarsiero and sister, Lucy Rekos. Beatrice is survived by her son, Dominick L. Santarsiero and his wife Lia, her daughter, Patricia Coppola, her sister, Margaret Rende and daughter-in-law, Joann Santarsiero. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Triscia, John, Pamela, Leonard, Erica and Angela and great-grandchildren, Noah, Ava and Alessandro. Beatrice worked at Branson Instruments for many years. She enjoyed art work as a hobby. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 4, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
