Obituary of SUE BONGO

Sue Bongo, 96, passed away on June 8, 2014. Born on December 13, 1917 in Stamford, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Alteri. She is predeceased by her husband, James F. Bongo, Sr. Sue is survived by her loving children, James F. Bongo, Jr., Richard J. Bongo and Carol J. Lota and her husband Sam; her sister, Jennie Aniello and her husband Joseph and brother, Sal Alteri. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Andy, Kim, Matthew, Dan and his wife Nina, Hailey and Greg and great-grandchildren Gabe, Dylan and Chase. She is predeceased by her sister, Pauline E. Altieri and brothers, Peter Altieri and Canio Altieri. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Cecilia's Church, 1184 Newfield Avenue, Stamford. Entombment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
