Obituary of BIANCHINA CARDILLO

Bianchina Cardillo, 88, a resident of Stamford for 60 years, passed away on May 23, 2014 at her residence. Born on May 18, 1926 in Minturno, Italy, the daughter of the late Pasquale and Angela (Tucciarone) Mammaro. She is predeceased by her husband, Michele Cardillo. Mrs. Cardillo worked at Clairol for many years. She was a member of the Minturnese Social Club in Stamford. Mrs. Cardillo is survived by her beloved children, Joseph Cardillo and his wife Elizabeth of Roseland, NJ; Joanne DiPreta and her husband Rocco of Norwalk; her brother, Giuseppe Mammaro of Rome, Italy; grandchildren, Rocco, Jr., Christopher, Donna and two other grandsons. She is predeceased by two sisters, Maria Tucciarone and Antoinetta Stella. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Entombment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
