Irene Rotante, age 90 of Stamford, CT, died peacefully on November 29th 2016. Born on October 25th, 1926, daughter of the predeceased Alphonso and Anna Russo. Wife to Paul Rotante and sister to Theresa Russo. Survivors include her children, Judith Cahill, Richard Rotante and Son in Law Jeffery Cahill. Her Cherished Grandchildren and Great Grandchild, Lindsey Cahill, RJ Rotante, Jaime Tartaglia, her husband Leo Tartaglia, Skye Rotante, and Leo Paul Tartaglia. Family and friends may call at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT on Friday, December 2nd, 2016 from 4pm-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 at 10:30am at St. Bridgets Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Ave, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
