Obituary of THOMAS A. BUCHANAN

Thomas A. Buchanan was born on June 14, 1957, in Stamford, CT. Thomas passed suddenly in his home on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the age of 59. He served in the US Army and loved fishing and was an Avid NASCAR fan. He was a professional truck driver who enjoyed his job. He loved spending time with his loving granddaughter. He was survived by his mother, Joyce Rioles and his loving companion of 18 years, Carol Pugliese. He is survived by his three sons, Michael Buchanan, Joseph Buchanan and Thomas Buchanan, one daughter Michele Figueroa and granddaughter Deijah Acres, his two brothers George Buchanan and James Buchanan, and his sister, Donna Kikitorides. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT from 4-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 24 Roxbury Road, Stamford, CT on Thursday, July 14 at 11 AM. Interment will be private.
