Obituary of JUDITH ANN MARTINELLI

Judith Ann Martinelli, 77 of Norwalk, the beloved wife of the late Dominick Martinelli for 48 years, passed away on June 3, 2016 in Westchester Medical Center with her loving sons by her side. She was born in Stamford, Ct on August 20, 1938, to the late Clifford Johnson and surviving Marie Jara. Judy grew up in Stamford, graduating from Stamford High School. Judy was an accomplished craft-maker, who loved to spend time at the beach with her friends and family. Judy is survived by her mother Marie Jara of New Canaan and her loving children: Donald and wife Linda of Oxford, CT, Jayme and wife Nancy of Hopewell Junction, NY and Robert of Norwalk; Five cherished grand children: Donald Jr, Nicole, Michael, Christina and Deanna. She is also survived by her brother Glen Johnson, and sisters Gail Pellini and Nan Sarantos, as well as her many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Dominick, Judy was predeceased by her brother Jeffrey Johnson A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 11:00AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
