Obituary of JOSEPHINE BOCHICCHIO

Josephine Pompa Bochicchio, wife of 59 years to Rocco Bochicchio and daughter of the late Jennie (Guglielmo) and Anthony Pompa, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2016 at Stamford Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born February 27, 1934. Josephine is survived by her five children, Anthony, Joanne, Carol Anne (Mike) Duda, Daniel (Karin),and Joseph. She is also is survived by her grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney & Katrina Duda,and Matthew Bochicchio. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid NewYork Mets and Dallas Cowboy Fan. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed. The family would like to thank the staff at Stamford Dialysis and Long Ridge Nursing Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
