Obituary of Patricia Declemente

Patricia Declemente, 69, passed peacefully at the Connecticut Hospice, in Branford, CT on December 27, 2017. Patricia was a resident of Monroe, CT. She was predeceased by her father Philip Cosmo Declemente of Stamford, and mother Anna Telesco Declemente of Stamford. Survivors include a sister Diane Esposito, nephew Leo Esposito, and cousin Sherry Genovese. Patricia was raised in the Stamford area, and worked for Pitney Bowes. She enjoyed reading and poetry in her spare time, and is the author of “Heart Song – The Memoirs of a Poet”. Friends and family may pay respects at Lacerenza Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT, on Saturday January 6. 2018, between the hours of 1-4pm with a Prayer Service at 3:30.
