Obituary of Steven Denes

Steven G. Denes 58, a former Norwalk resident passed away on November 7, 2018, in Cocoa, Florida. He was born on June 30, 1960 in Stamford to George and Joan Denes.  He went to high school at Stamford High School and graduated in 1978. He worked as a Postal Worker for the U.S. Postal Service for over 30 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp, was an animal lover and an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast.

He is survived by his beloved parents George and Joan Denes; three children Jessica Racaniello, Megan Denes and Rickey Denes; his siblings Larry Denes and Jennifer DeCarlo; nieces Kayleigh DeCarlo, Mary DeCarlo; nephew Joseph DeCarlo; and his granddaughter Lilah Racaniello.  He is predeceased by his wife Barbara Denes.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Lacerenza Funeral Home 8 Schuyler Avenue in Stamford, on November 17, 2018from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm, with a Prayer Service at 6:00pm.
