My deepest condolences to Aunt Marie's children, grandchildren and all who knew and loved her. I will truly miss our phone calls where we would share memories of the past. We'd talk about the house in Massachusetts, her parents, we'd talk about when they lived next to my father's family in Glenbrook, jobs people had schools, cooking, parties and shared some laughs. So many subjects we touched in our calls. I wish I could have written down the things she shared. I will truly miss our talks. She was a wonderful, kind, funny, sentimental person who was sad to be the last of her family. I hope and pray they are all together and we'll see them all someday. My thoughts & prayers to my cousin at this sad time especially with mothers day is this weekend. Our deepest sympathies Joy & the Smith kids

I’m sorry for your loss, pain and suffering. Whenever we lose a loved one in death we feel a sting and a void in our hearts, as if someone ripped part of our heart out. The pain seems like it will never go away. It will with time, or it will at least ease up. The Bible reassures us of that in 1 Corinthians 15:54,55 - “Death is swallowed up forever. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting?” God promises us there will be no more death. (Rev. 22:3,4). Turn to him in prayer.
