James, you were like an uncle to me. from the time I was just a kid and coming to work with you and Dad. The time I got booted from high school for skipping and you showed up as a character witness to the hearing, to when I came and joined the firm and we'd have lunch together most days. You were an encyclopedia of real estate and business and I learned a ton from you. To the stories of when you were in the Pacific during WWII which shall not be repeated here, to when Susan and I would meet Lynn and you at Old Sorrento for dinner and your bottle of "Vicks 44" in our coffee with desert, and you driving the Olds Delmont 88 Convertible. I just spoke to you last week. We were going to get together come Spring. Farewell. I will miss you and I will think fondly on those memories.
