I did not know Joe Caruso Sr, but I served with his son Joe Jr in the Air Force. I can tell the father must have been a great and wonderful man just by being friends with his son. I remember one day in Okinawa, Joe Jr got a care package from home, and shared it with me. Great Italian foods from his parents, and lots of it. A real treat for us.My deepest condolences to all the family.May God comfort all of you.
