Obituary of CARMELLA NAPOLI HETT

Carmella Napoli Hett, 67, a Stamford resident passed away on June 21, 2015 at Greenwich Woods. Born on June 3, 1948 in Stamford, the daughter of the late Frank Napoli and Julia (Bevino) Napoli. She is predeceased by her husband Charles B. Hett. She is survived by her sister Catherine Battinelli and husband Louis; one nephew Carmine Battinelli; her uncle Ernesto Napoli and wife Raffaela; cousins Donna and Jan Darula; her in-laws Charles and Harriett Hett; brothers-in-law Richard Hett, Billy Hett and wife Caroline; sister-in-law Irene Keeler and her husband Harold "Chuck."Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Carmella worked at the former Cassone Bakery located in Stamford. She was a hairdresser for several years and also worked for caterers as well as catering parties herself. She was a devoted lover of animals, loved going to the beach, enjoyed shopping and spending time with family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Entombment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT.
