We will both miss Margaret and the weekly therapy dog visits with Annie. She was truly an animal person and so missed her cats. Now she will be reunited with them.

In loving memory of Margaret Basford
To Martha and Danny,
I have fond memories of your mother going back to when we attended the church on Grove Street and you both and David were in Sunday School. May you know my thoughts and prayers are with you and will remember your Mom in a special way.
Love, Ann Olson

Our family will all miss Mrs Basford, she was a part of our family, we knew her and David, Martha and Danny pretty much all our lives, growing up in south field village, when Mrs Walhberg and Mrs Jepson use to pick us up for Sunday school at the ECC church on Broad st, to the Fairfield apts on Fairfield ave where we would spend lots of time over each others house, attend cook outs, etc Mrs Basford was a strong witty and full of fun lady, but most of all we admired her for raising her three children all by her self, some times during trying times, when she barely had money enough for food and cloths, but she always seemed to manage, and she always loved her kids through thick and thin, she would do anything for them, when they hurt, she hurt.Thats what kind of mom and lady she was. She will be missed but we know we will see her again because of her faith in Jesus, so i hope she will say hello to my dad and brother Zane, and we look forward to seeing them all one day ...until we meet again... love always Steve and Cathy and all the Thompsons
