So sorry to hear of the passing of my Aunt, Bette DeLuca. She was a very creative person, from making pottery, sewing, painting, crafts, embroidery to beautiful crewel work. In my home, I have the 4 seasons done in crewel by my Aunt. She was a very talented lady & so was her pretty daughter, Paula. My Uncle Joe loved them dearly. Her cooking & baking skills were amazing, and we enjoyed many dinners & parties at her & Uncle Joe’s various homes in their lifetimes. I would always baby sit for Paula even though I was just a few years older than she. Aunt Bette took me to my first broadway play, My Fair Lady. She was a very generous lady always making & giving gifts.
My sympathies to you Leah & your two children. If you’re anything like your Grandmother & Mother, I’m sure you are just as talented & will carry on their legacy.
My prayers are with you Leah, & may Aunt Bette Rest In Peace.
Love, Cousin Karen

Leah and family, my sincere sympathy on the passing of your Grandmother, our Aunt Bette. She had such a zest for life and was a genuine and generous person. I will always remember the many weekends we'd play golf with her in High Ridge Stamford. May she rest in peace. Cousin Lyn
